Job summary

Masterson Staffing is recruiting a Press Operator for a client in Delano, MN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on multiple shifts, with pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour depending on shift.

Responsibilities include operating an injection molding machine safely, inspecting parts, trimming, packaging, and palletizing finished boxes. No prior experience required; training provided. Must be able to stand for full 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds; English reading/writing required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write and communicate in English.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate Injection Molding machine in a safe manner following safety guidelines.
• Inspect parts for damages/defects, trim excess material, and properly package product into boxes per SOP.
• Palletize completed boxes of parts.
• Any other job duties as assigned.
