Qualifications

• Strong safety discipline and ability to follow PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings using paints and solvents.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment in booth, shop, wash bay, or outdoors.
• Read blueprints and ensure correct part preparation and masking.
• Hang parts for painting and mix paints per codes.
• Complete full paint cycle from prep to finish and inspect quality.
• Maintain safety culture and meet deadlines for work orders.
