Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience in an industrial or autobody environment.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare painting equipment by starting flow and activating conveyor and paint spraying equipment.
• Select color and type of paint as designated on router; change barrels and ground dispensing containers.
• Spray paint parts by hand and adjust pressure valves to control spray direction and pattern.
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment and paint-mixing system; record data in log book.
