Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial spray painting or advanced coating experience.
• Mil-Spec/CARC coatings or ITAR-compliant facility preferred.
• Must pass a respiratory physical.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint parts to precise tolerances using wet paint and electrostatic methods.
• Mix paint with thinner to achieve correct viscosity.
• Inspect finished parts for cosmetic and customer-spec compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety practices.
• Support proper waste handling and housekeeping in the coating area.
