Job summary

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for our Tulsa, OK facility on 2nd shift. You will prepare surfaces, apply coatings per specs, and ensure quality finishes while aligning with production schedules and safety standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to respirator/PPE requirements. Candidate should have 3–5 years of industrial painting experience, pass a respirator test, and be willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial painting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
• Ability to pass respirator fit test and pulmonary evaluation.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Mix and apply paints and coatings according to specs and production needs.
• Operate spray equipment for smooth, consistent finishes.
• Inspect finished work for quality and correct defects.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures including respirator and PPE.
• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet schedules.
