American Wood Fibers (AWF) is seeking a Second Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Olivehurst, CA to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and handle PMs in a safe, efficient manner within a 450+ employee facility.

Responsibilities include reading manuals, logging with CMMS, and maintaining bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The role requires on-site work, lifting up to 60 lbs, and collaboration with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with bearings, power transmission, motors, and VFDs is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and perform maintenance tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Repair bearings, power transmission components, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks.
• Operate forklift and other mobile equipment safely.
• Support the Maintenance Manager and related initiatives.
