Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a division of Kingspan Group, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Modesto, CA facility. This role performs mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to support safe, efficient operations in a plant-based manufacturing environment.

The position includes 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and a pay range of $33.70–$39.33 per hour, with shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in plant maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and related systems.
• Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Identify equipment issues, assist with root cause troubleshooting, and complete repairs that support equipment reliability and reduce repeat issues.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance team members to complete scheduled work and minimize downtime.
