Job summary

U.S. Pipe is seeking 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

The role ensures equipment runs properly and performs routine preventive maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting with Production Technicians. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in industrial maintenance or an apprenticeship program, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read drawings, schematics, and blueprints; welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years in industrial maintenance or apprenticeship.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and blueprints; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions and participate in repairs, installation, and inspections.
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform repairs.
• Dismantle, clean, replace, install, maintain and lubricate plant machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance and precision maintenance duties.
• Fabricate and weld for maintenance projects.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings; test joints for leaks.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and document activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; perform other duties as assigned.
