Job summary

Heaven Hill in Bardstown, KY is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment at our Bardstown bottling site.

This full-time, on-site role runs 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on weekends. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, line changes, and equipment upgrades while keeping records and promoting a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintain all equipment to enhance efficiency and prevent malfunctions that could lead to production downtime and costly repairs
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate source of problems by examining equipment and mechanical devices
• Assist in line changes and process improvements
• Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop equipment
• Clean equipment, lubricate moving parts, change fluids, modify equipment and replace parts and components as required
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities
• Conduct preventive maintenance measures on structures, equipment, electrical, plumbing as well as facilities
• Control downtime by informing production employees of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitor compliance
• Support and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and training production employees on efficient operation and basic routine maintenance procedures
• Maintain positive work environment by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with co-workers, customers, clients and management
• Maintain safe and clean work environment

2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role is 2nd shift, onsite full time and based at our Bardstown, Kentucky location.

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday (Periodic Overtime on Saturday and Sunday as required)

The 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
