Job summary

Altium Packaging, Berwick, PA, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment. The role emphasizes compliance with our GMP standards and safety protocols in a fast-paced plant environment.

The technician will install, adjust and repair blow mold and related equipment, handle tooling changes, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Repair, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Communicate with other departments; follow GMP requirements.
