Job summary

Richelieu Foods is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for our Beaver Dam, WI facility. The role focuses on wiring, servicing and repairing electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring line integrity, safety and product quality.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Industrial Electricity/Automation or 3+ years of experience, with knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFDs and sensors. This is a 2nd shift, full-time, onsite position with strong emphasis on reliability and

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot industrial electrical/electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
• Associate degree in Industrial Electricity/Automation or 3+ years as Industrial Electrician.
• Wiring of 3-phase motors, starters and overloads; able to program VFDs.
• Knowledge of sensors (pressure, flow, temperature) and ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair wiring, conduits, fixtures and electrical devices in a plant environment.
• Maintain line integrity, safety, production and quality standards.
• Develop proactive and reactive solutions to improve line efficiency.
