Neogen Corporation is seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Associate for the second shift in Mount Sterling, KY. You will receive, sort, and prepare shipments, operate forklift equipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.

The role runs Mon-Fri, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., with a focus on efficient order fulfillment and continuous improvement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and forklift experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory-control experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding daily responsibilities and departmental improvements.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
