Job summary

Neogen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for the 2nd shift to support material movement and inventory accuracy.

The role involves transferring materials, replenishing locations, and fulfilling inventory requests while adhering to safety and quality procedures. A Monday–Friday schedule, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, ensures consistent hours with potential for growth within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory software.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished goods to designated locations and record transfers.
• Fulfill inventory requests and manage quarantine transfers as directed.
• Process scrap paperwork and dispose of materials per guidelines.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain certification.
• Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Warehouse Material Handler – 2nd Shift

• Move materials and finished goods to designated warehouse locations and record transfers in the inventory system.
• Fulfill inventory requests and transfer products into or out of quarantine as directed.
• Process scrap paperwork and dispose of materials according to company guidelines.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a current, valid certification.
• Support other departments and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or at least six months of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory software.
• Basic computer and math skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
