Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years machine operator experience required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated and able to use sound judgment.
• Punctual and reliable in work attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent English communication skills required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare casting materials and set up workstations.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently while producing a high quality ice cream product.
• Perform tasks to ensure smooth process flow.
• Confirm department follows safety practices and identify hazards.
• Assist Lead as needed.
• Comply with GMP and safety and food safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management
