Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things run.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment screens (drug, background, criminal checks).

Responsibilities

• Fill boxes with Mayfield products and support smooth production flow.
• Inspect packaging materials and ensure proper sizing and seals.
• Assist operators and prepare lines for sanitary cleaning and maintenance.
• Document accurate information and report line issues to supervisors.
• Monitor product specifications and adjust equipment as needed.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
