Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. in Alabama seeks a 2nd Shift Hybrid Supervisor to lead a team of security officers on the Honda campus.

You will oversee post inspections, shift scheduling two weeks in advance, and incident response to maintain safety and compliance. You will ensure uniforms, equipment, and reports meet standards, coordinate with PLRs and security responders during events, and supervise patrols and parking lot safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and available weekends.
• Minimum 1 year experience in management and office skills.
• Minimum 2 years in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Captain duties and maintain uniform and gear.
• Review daily reports and raise alerts as needed.
• Schedule shifts two weeks in advance and conduct quarterly audits.
• Inspect posts and supervise parking lot operations.
• Coordinate with security responders during events and incidents.
