Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. in Montgomery, AL seeks an Armed Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on the 2nd shift (Fri-Sun 3pm-11pm; Mon-Tue 11pm-7am). The role requires armed training, a valid pistol permit, and a state security license. Pay is $17/hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Security License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must complete armed training and maintain a valid pistol permit.
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Report that meets company approved driver standards.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: patrols, monitor access points, verify IDs, enforce procedures, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain logs.
• Customer Service & Professionalism: assist visitors, enforce policies, maintain appearance.
• Required Skills & Abilities: work in fast-paced environments, weekend availability, strong situational awareness, calm problem solving, basic computer skills.
