Aramark in Holland, MI is seeking a Housekeeping Manager - 2nd shift to lead custodial operations at Holland Hospital. You will supervise a team of 25 employees and drive performance across Environmental Services.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and sanitation standards, managing budgets and labor, coaching staff, and delivering high-quality service to patients and staff in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality and service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Overall ownership of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Coach employees to achieve objectives and recognize performance.
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members.
• Plan and lead team management meetings and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Establish and maintain client rapport and communicate progress.
• Manage budget, labor, supply, and inventory to meet financial targets.
