Aramark seeks a 2nd shift Maintenance Manager to lead facility management and apply technical expertise to improve operations at a healthcare site in Michigan. You will drive adherence to SOPs, manage key systems, and coordinate with client and Aramark leadership to deliver safe, compliant and efficient services.

The role requires 5–7 years of maintenance management experience, a mechanical/electrical engineering background, and strong supervision and communication skills to handle

Competenze

• Requires 5-7 years of maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance requirements and safety standards.
• Strong leadership abilities and P&L experience.
• Experience with building systems and preventive maintenance is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plans, administers and directs unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services.
• Delivers operational performance by meeting standards and implementing action plans.
• Ensures compliance with safety, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Oversees electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management and life safety.
• Manages vendor relationships and client communications.
• Directs Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and front-line employees.
• Develops forecasts and explains variances; manages accounting and capital budgets.
• Ensures proper use of ISIS Pro modules and adherence to contract obligations.
