Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring full-time Housekeepers to join our care team in West Village, MA. Shifts 6a-2p and 2p-10p with weekly pay at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas, mopping floors, carpet care, and immediate spill response as part of a busy housekeeping team. On-the-job training is provided, and prior nursing home experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• One year of housekeeping experience in a nursing home or medical facility is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' rooms are neat, clean, and free from odor.
• Wet mops floors daily.
• Shampoo and extract carpets as per schedule.
• Attend to spills immediately.
• Empty trash liners and clean containers.
• Clean beds and rails with disinfectant.
• Clean all countertops, windowsills, bedside tables, furniture and over the bed.
• Strip, seal and refinish floors as per schedule.
• Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
