Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Hotel Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support the 2nd shift and after-hours operations. You will handle guest requests, perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and maintain preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, painting/wall covering skills, and a safety-minded, reliable team player. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional vehicle use.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience.
• Painting and wall covering skills are required and used regularly.
• Hotel or hospitality maintenance background preferred; strong candidates from related industries will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and resolve to guest satisfaction.
• Perform skilled repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, wall covering, and carpentry.
• Execute and document preventative maintenance programs to keep the property in peak condition.
• Keep equipment, work areas, and logs clean and organized.
• Patrol buildings and parking areas to identify safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
• Report suspicious activity or unsafe conditions to the Chief Engineer immediately.
• Stay cross-trained on fellow Engineers’ responsibilities to ensure coverage.
