OMG Roofing Products is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Heat Treat operation on the 2nd shift. You will oversee daily manufacturing activities, drive safety, quality, and lean initiatives, and lead a team of manufacturing professionals at our western Massachusetts facility.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, clear communication, and coaching staff toward improved efficiency and target achievement in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to lead and develop shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the top priority for all OMG employees.
• Lead CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across shifts.
• Review production requirements and adjust work schedules.
• Develop and track cost savings and productivity initiatives.
• Manage shift workers: hiring, training, development, performance, discipline.
• Build bench strength for manufacturing teams.
• Communicate and implement company initiatives and policies.
• Inspect products for conformance and coordinate with Quality.
• Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and quality.
• Develop metrics to improve daily/weekly efficiency.
• Lead weekly team meetings to explore improvement opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
