Job summary

Acument Global Technologies - North America is seeking a skilled header operator for a 2nd shift in Belvidere, IL. You will read blueprints, set up multi-die headers, and inspect parts to meet customer demand with minimal supervision.

The role requires 2–5 years’ experience with headers, good mechanical aptitude, and basic math. Benefits include Day 1 coverage and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to set up and operate multi-die headers; read blueprints and use gauges.
• Experience with quality tools and inspection for consistent part quality.
• Basic math skills for measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform complex machine set up as required.
• Setup, adjust, and operate equipment as trained in a safe manner.
• Determine tooling adjustments for various header sizes and types.
• Read and understand blueprints; use gauges to ensure part quality.
• Record data for SPC and ISO/IATF 16949 documentation.
