Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL, seeks an experienced Hangar Manager (2nd shift) to lead our hangar operations and drive excellence in aircraft maintenance and service delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety and efficiency in a state-of-the-art MRO facility.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling oversight, and a commitment to quality while maintaining 5S standards and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Business aircraft MRO environment; Falcon experience preferred.
• A&P license preferred.
• Corridor, Field 6, Catia and experience with OEM manuals preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and direct projects.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a professional manner.
• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hangar operations and staff.
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other aviation regulations.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and productive team environment.
