Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking full-time Aircraft Maintenance Technicians for the 2nd shift to maintain Falcon jet airframes and systems. The role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and inspecting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems across Falcon models, with emphasis on quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P license, 3+ years of Falcon or similar jet experience, and can work in a fast-paced hangar environment.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certificate with Airframe & Powerplant.
• Minimum three years' experience in business jet maintenance, preferably Falcon.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
• Must pass Melbourne Airport background check.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance in day-to-day interactions with customers and co-workers.
• Perform maintenance tasks as per work scope using approved data and procedures.
• Maintain Quality Control procedures per the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
• Support shift turnover and collaborate with the project supervisor to meet on-time, on-budget goals.
• Complete maintenance paperwork per RSM/QCM methods of execution.
• Adhere to CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; 135 as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping using 5S principles.
• Drive toward zero defects in workmanship and safety.
