Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ground support equipment and high-pressure systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground support equipment (GSE) support including building, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting LOX/fuel-related equipment.
• Operate hardware, high pressure systems, pumps and pneumatic components.
• Fabricate and repair GSE hardware and equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers to document GSE activities.
• Ensure materials are clean and inspected per Clean for Oxygen Service Standards.
• Build and maintain engine test and structural test equipment.
• Obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications.
• Follow SpaceX safety and quality policies and OSHA/EPA/ NFPA/ NEC regulations.
• Develop novel ways to streamline processes and increase testing reliability.
• Support engine testing and structural test stand programs.
