Job summary

Join Johnson Electric Group as a 2nd Shift Group Leader in Vandalia, OH. In this onsite role, you will support production operations, train team members, and ensure achievement of quality and safety goals.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and has previous manufacturing experience, particularly in a leadership capacity. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Complete production reporting documentation including labor tracking.
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in Gemba Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
