Job summary

Join Johnson Electric Group as a 2nd Shift Group Leader in Vandalia, OH. In this onsite role, you will support production operations, train team members, and ensure achievement of quality and safety goals.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and has previous manufacturing experience, particularly in a leadership capacity. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to production standards.
