Job summary

General ThermoDynamics is seeking motivated General Laborers for its Iron Ridge, WI facility to join the 2nd shift. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll assist with production and material handling to support heat exchanger assembly in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level position offers training, a team-focused culture, opportunities for overtime based on production needs, and a path to grow within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components
• Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment
• Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed
