Job summary

General ThermoDynamics in Iron Ridge, WI is seeking motivated General Laborers for the 3rd shift to support heat exchanger production. You will assist with manufacturing and material handling tasks in a fast-paced environment and contribute to meeting daily production goals.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a team-focused workplace, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants should be reliable, able to stand long shifts, and willing to follow safety and quality standards,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components.
Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers.
Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed.
