Job summary

Tyson Foods in Hope, AR, is seeking entry-level general labor associates for the 2nd shift. You will perform routine, non-skilled tasks while maintaining safety, quality and sanitation in a food processing environment.

Overtime and weekends are required; you must stand for 8-9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work under minimal supervision. Tyson Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Must be able to work in wet & cold conditions.
• Must keep work area clean.
• Must be able to use a knife/scissors.
• Must be able to stand throughout 8-9 hour shift.
• Must be able to maintain line speed.
• Must be able to lift as needed up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to do minimal stopping and bending.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level general labor duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work area in accordance with Tyson policies.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends on 2nd shift.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures at all times.
