Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a 2nd shift General Labor position at the Tyson of Rogers plant in Rogers, Arkansas. Pay starts at $16.70 per hour, with a daily performance incentive ranging from $40 to $80 for Debone and Hand Cutter roles.

Schedule typically Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays; hours vary by line. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, lifting up to 40+ pounds, standing for long periods, and wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
• Be willing to transfer into this position from another Tyson facility via HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks on the line.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE including ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Stand for 8–10 hours and lift 40+ pounds as required by the position.
• Work in damp, cold or hot environments as needed.
• Support multiple lines with hands-on duties as assigned by supervision.
