Job summary

Vollrath Company is hiring for a 2nd shift role in Wisconsin. You will assist press operators, monitor equipment, inspect outputs for quality, and document activities as required. The job emphasizes safe, efficient production and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Eligible candidates receive a $23.79 per hour base, a $1 shift premium, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the press room and related production processes.

Qualifications

• Assist Press Operators and in Operations.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure specs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas.
• Complete forms/reports as required and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in press room operations and assemble components per blueprints.
• Inspect, sort, and stack products ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors or leads.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.

Press Room:

• Assist Press Operators

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products and components for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Report any quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including cleaning up spills and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes.
