Job summary

The Vollrath Company LLC is seeking a production teammate for 2nd shift, starting from 2:00 PM. The role involves assembling components to specifications, assisting in press and production operations, and monitoring equipment to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or specifications.
• Strong attention to quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Assist in press and production operations as directed.
• Monitor equipment and inspect finished products for defects.
• Complete forms/reports as required and maintain safety standards.

• 2nd Shift (Hours: Start- 2 pm, End- 10:30 pm to 12:30 am)

Pay

• $23.79 (Plus a $1 Shift Premium)

Sign-On Bonus

Involves supporting various production processes

• Press Room:

• Assist Press Operators
• Assist in Operations
• Monitor Equipment
• Inspect, Sort, and Stack
• Complete any necessary forms or reports as required.
• *All other assigned duties by supervisor or lead person*

Quality Control

• Inspect finished products and components for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Report any quality issues to supervisors or quality control teams.

Safety and Cleanliness

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including cleaning up spills and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes.
