Job summary

Midway Staffing seeks reliable General Labor Associates for a leading food manufacturing facility in Streamwood, IL. The 2nd shift Packers position offers a 4:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule, Monday–Saturday, with overtime opportunities and potential for temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities include trimming, packing, boxing, palletizing, and assisting production while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a cold environment (~36°F).
• Perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
