Makers Pride is hiring Production Associates to join a refrigerated food manufacturing team in Carol Stream, IL. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking steady work, weekly pay, and long-term potential. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

Pay & Schedule

• $18.00 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)

• Weekly pay

1st Shift
Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Saturdays as needed

2nd Shift
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Saturdays as needed

Work Environment

• Refrigerated facility (approximately 30°F)

• Fast-paced production line

• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

• Exposure to noise and airborne food particles

• All required PPE is provided

Position Overview

Production Associates support daily operations on the food production line by packaging refrigerated food products, maintaining clean work areas, and helping meet daily production goals. Training is provided for all new hires.
