Specialty Products, Brook Park, Ohio, a division of Gorton’s, is hiring a 2nd Shift General Helper for the Brook Park processing plant. The role runs 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with starting pay at $22.23 per hour and full benefits, plus overtime opportunities; join a legacy brand focused on delivering quality seafood.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, GMP compliance, and thorough cleaning of production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a processing facility or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lb and operate a forklift safely.
• Must be willing to work overtime and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift following all safety regulations.
• Maintain GMP compliance for production areas.
• Clean and housekeeping of production areas and washrooms.
• Stage materials and assist other positions as needed.
• Relieve others during breaks and after shifts when requested.
