HES Facilities is seeking General Cleaners for Motlow State Smyrna (2nd shift after 4 PM, Monday–Friday). The role involves cleaning duties across classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a clean and safe educational environment.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and teamwork are essential for success in our fast-paced, team-focused

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred but not required.
• Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work after 4 PM on weeknights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas daily to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Assist with waste disposal, recycling, and window cleaning as assigned.
• Coordinate with custodial supervisor and team members to complete tasks.
