Job summary

Clean-Tech Company is seeking a dedicated custodian for our Michigan facilities. You will perform cleaning duties across assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with no weekend work. We offer a benefits package including medical, life, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and short-term

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Physical and working conditions require ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; mobility for production and service timeframes.
• Shift: 2nd shift; Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm; NO WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Clean windows, desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass and light fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize various surfaces and areas as directed by custodial supervisor.
• Remove snow and ice from exterior areas and keep common areas tidy.

Job Skills / Requirements

Custodians are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Custodians perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility

Essential Functions:

Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, washing windows, removal or snow and ice, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/counter tops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.

Physical and Working ConditionsAbility to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.

Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
