Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is seeking a dedicated cleaning Associate in Lafayette to maintain manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, and other areas. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 8:30pm and weekly pay at $15 per hour.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, restroom and window upkeep, trash removal, sweeping and mopping, stocking supplies, and assisting with event setups.

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, and long pants while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday

Full Time : 40 hrs/week

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm-8:30pm

Pay Rate: Paid weekly, every Friday

• $15/hr

Job duties : Responsible for cleaning manufacturing floor, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closet, lobby, health trailer, fire department area, showers/locker rooms, fitness center and security guard shack.
