Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division at our Pico Rivera facility. The Product Folder folds customer garments manually or with an industrial folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles for delivery while keeping the work area clean.

This role participates in an incentive-based pay structure tied to production standards. Eligibility includes US work authorization and 18+, with a 2nd Shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Fold garments manually or with folding machine and bundle for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed production standards to earn incentive pay.
