Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to fold customer products by hand or with an industrial folding machine, count items, and prepare bundles for delivery. This role supports the Rental Division and requires standing and repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.

The 2nd shift position in Rockford, IL 61109 entails performance-based incentive pay tied to production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Fold garments manually or with an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
