Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder will fold customer garments, count folded items, and prepare bundles for delivery, using manual folding or a folding machine.

This role emphasizes maintaining a clean work area, adherence to attendance policies, and performing duties on a fast-paced, schedule-driven second shift with incentive-based pay tied to production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Able to stand for most of shift and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments manually or with an industrial folding machine.
• Count folded product.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
