The Southern York County School District is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Head Custodian for Susquehannock High School. The role oversees custodial staff, maintains a clean campus, and ensures a safe learning environment.

Hours are 3:00–11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with paid lunch and occasional overtime on weekends. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with a $0.30 shift differential for 2nd shift, based on experience.

This vacancy is for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Head Custodian position that allows you to use your cleaning skills to provide our students and staff with a clean learning environment as well as manage a staff of custodians within the building. We value the services that our custodial staff provide to the school district.

The position will be at Susquehannock High School and works 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday through Friday), 12 months/year. The hours are3:00 to 11:00 p.m., with a paid lunch included. Periodic overtime is needed on weekends. The pay range starts at $21.50 per hour plus $0.30 shift differential for 2nd shift and will be based on experience. During the summer, shifts may vary.

Experience as acustodianis preferred. Must be able to complete the essential job functions and meet the position specifications outlined in the attached job description.
