Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor union hourly skilled trades in fabrication, welding, assembly, and machining operations
• Oversee welding and machining processes, stress relief operations, and lifting/handling procedures
• Provide leadership during 2nd shift operations and coordinate production plans across shifts
• Plan and coordinate activities to meet production goals across multiple buildings
• Manage components specifications and communicate requirements clearly
• Input and manage maintenance work orders, time, and schedules in computer systems
• Analyze operations and recommend improvements to enhance shop efficiency and cost management
• Ensure flexibility to transition between shifts and overtime as needed
