Responsibilities

• Supervise union hourly skilled trades in fabrication operations.
• Oversee welding and machining processes and related stress relief.
• Provide leadership on 2nd shift and plan production across buildings.
• Manage activities to meet production goals across facilities.
• Input maintenance, hours, and schedules into systems.
• Analyze operations and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Flexible to transition between shifts and overtime as needed.
