Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking an RN Shipping Warehouse Freezer Associate for the Raeford, NC facility on 2nd shift. The role supports inbound materials, production, and outbound shipments, using scanners, forklifts and lifts to move product and verify orders.

You will ensure safety, food safety, and quality standards, work closely with production and distribution teams, and may rotate to other functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product from storage using a scanner and forklift/high lift/scissor lift as needed.
• Create master pallet labels using the scanner.
• Transport product to/from shipping/production/raw receiving using the reach lift.
• Account for all product on order.
• Load product on correct trailer using a forklift and scanner.
• Ensure all products are properly graded and loaded/received according to load specifications.
• Assist with inventory.
• Ensure area is cleaned and sanitary.
• Follows all work safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors/Managers.
• Must cross train in other areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may rotate to various functions within the department.
