Job summary

BD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Four Oaks, NC for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM). The role covers picking, packing, palletizing, RF scanning, and supporting shipping/receiving. The candidate will handle materials movement, operate equipment, and maintain records per SOPs in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, good communication, basic math and computer skills, and US work authorization. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear communication in English with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and perform basic math.
• General computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass required safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Pick and count cases for customer orders.
• Stack cases and build pallets per order requirements.
• Use RF scanners to process and track orders and materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment.
• Move materials, parts, finished goods, and products through the warehouse.
• Support shipping and receiving activities and maintain records.
