Job summary

Florida’s Natural Growers is hiring a Warehouseperson to manage inventory and operate forklifts across sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach models. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in picking/packing, and accurate use of the warehouse management system (WMS).

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and can work as part of a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification and/or forklift operation experience required.
• Must pass Basic Skills Assessment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up/high-reach) to load, unload, and move items.
• Perform routine forklift checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials according to orders.
• Organize warehouse inventory for easy retrieval.
• Use WMS to track inventory and update stock levels.
• Assist in receiving and storing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
• Support stock counts and seasonal projects as needed.
• Assist in other production areas when required.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in plant safety programs.
