48forty Solutions in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and support production across warehouse zones, loading and unloading customer trailers, and helping sort pallets by hand when needed.

You will operate Relogistics forklift equipment safely, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and collaborate with team members on daily tasks. High school diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and materials to staging areas using forklift.
• Operate forklifts with care following safety procedures.
• Hand-sort pallets and repair damaged pallets when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
